E-commerce Onboarding) Seller Outreach Specialist (Group Leader – IC Role) for Lumina Datamatics are given below

Grade: M03

CTC: up to 5.5 LPA + ₹200/night shift allowance

Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM | 5 days working

Mode: 1 F2F interview

Role:

- Reach out to sellers via calls & emails
- Support onboarding, retention & compliance
- Educate sellers on platform features & policies
- Log interactions in CRM & share feedback
- Meet daily/weekly outreach targets
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Create reports & work with in office teams

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
