Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to deliver clear, engaging, and impactful messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with overall business and product goals.
- Create high-quality, audience-focused content, including website copy,



product/platform content, landing pages, blogs, articles, case studies, email content, and social media posts.
- Perform keyword research to optimize content for SEO and enhance organic reach.
- Manage content calendars and editorial workflows to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Analyze content performance and leverage insights to iterate and improve strategy.
- Stay informed about industry trends and content best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a content-focused role, preferably in a Product or SaaS-based company.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO principles and content management tools.
- Strong attention to detail,



creativity, and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts to ensure content supports user experience goals.
