Role description

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with at least 6 years of experience in software testing, including 4+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to improve testing coverage and accelerate delivery cycles. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web applications. Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and define test cases. Design and implement robust,



reusable test frameworks and test data management strategies. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality. Identify, log, and track defects and work with the development team to resolve issues. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Analyze test results, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve product quality. Stay updated with emerging testing tools and technologies and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software testing. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver automation. Strong programming skills in Java Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests within build processes (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.). Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST API testing is a plus. Solid analytical, debugging,



and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
