Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, dispatch, and overall smooth functioning. This role includes managing staff, optimizing space and processes, and ensuring safety, compliance, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely dispatch of orders and share LR (Lorry Receipt) with the concerned team.
- Oversee accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including duty allocation and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks,



and minimize discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports for management.
- Train, guide, and motivate warehouse staff to enhance skills and productivity.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Preference for candidates above the age of 35.
