About the Role:

Do you live and breathe fashion, colors, and prints?
We are looking for a highly creative Fashion Designer with expertise in digital textile printing to join our growing design team. This is a unique prospect to transform concepts into trend-driven, commercially successful designs for both domestic and international markets.

What You’ll Do





- Develop innovative print and surface design concepts for fabrics and apparel using digital printing.
- Create collections, motifs, repeats, and placement prints that reflect market trends and buyer needs.
- Collaborate with merchandising & production teams to ensure designs align with brand and client expectations.
- Research global fashion forecasts, seasonal color palettes, and consumer preferences to inspire collections.
- Prepare print-ready digital artwork files compatible with printing machines/software.
- Review test prints, ensure color accuracy, and troubleshoot design/technical issues.
- Build and maintain a design archive/digital library for ongoing and future reference.
- Contribute to sampling, product development, and buyer/client presentations.
- Ensure timely execution of designs while maintaining brand aesthetics & quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (knowledge of CAD software a plus).
- Solid understanding of digital printing processes, fabric behavior & color management.
- A keen eye for trends, aesthetics,



and market preferences.
- Creativity with a strong sense of commercial viability.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design or related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in fashion/textile design, preferably with digital printing.
- Prior experience in developing print collections for domestic/export markets is highly desirable.
