We’re Hiring: Senior Sales & Operations Coordinator.
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Reporting To: Director
Language Requirement: Must speak & write English fluently

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between clients, sales teams, and factory operations — with a strong focus on documentation, dispatch, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare consent letters & proforma invoices
Client coordination & follow-ups for clarity and completion
Manage dispatch schedules with factory team
Track payment collections & compliance (C Forms)
Draft professional business correspondence
Handle export invoices & documentation
Reconcile sales data and ensure reporting accuracy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Commerce or related field)
8+ years’ experience in sales operations, dispatch, or export documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Strong follow-up & coordination skills
Ability to work independently, well-groomed & professional
