Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant, located in Dehradun. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, managing phone calls, drafting and editing documents, organizing schedules, and performing clerical tasks.



The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations.

Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Robust organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
