Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team to drive business growth for our electrical
panels and power distribution solutions in the designated territories. This is a remote/field-based role
requiring the candidate to operate from their home location while undertaking extensive travel to
meet clients, consultants, and contractors across their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales (Primary Focus)
- Generate current business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients in the
industrial, commercial, and solar/renewable energy sectors (OEMs, EPC contractors, System
Integrators, Builders).
- Promote and sell BSL Energy's core products: PCC, MCC,
APFC, AMF, and Solar Electrical
Panels.
- Visit customers, consultants, and project sites to present BSL's product range.
- Understand project requirements and suggest the right LT panel configurations
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, offers, and quotations
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for volume and revenue within the
assigned territory.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and
consultants.
- Effectively negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to close profitable sales deals.
- Market & Territory Management
- Develop a strategic sales plan for the assigned region (Gujarat, Pune, Nashik, or South
Region) to maximize market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and
business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments to identify new
sales avenues.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation to final product delivery and
payment collection.
- Reporting & Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, customer information, and pipelines in the CRM
system.
- Prepare and submit regular (daily/weekly) activity reports, sales forecasts, and market
feedback to the management.
- Coordinate closely with the Nashik Head Office, Design, and Production teams to ensure
accurate order processing and timely delivery/installation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing excellent pre- and
post-sales support.
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Sales Associate/Executive: 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales
(Electrical/Power preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical panels, switchgear, and power
distribution systems
- Sales Manager:
5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with proven team-
leading/territory management capabilities.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics
Engineering is highly preferred).
