The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, deliver a positive candidate experience, and support the company’s talent acquisition strategy through proactive sourcing and efficient process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring for open roles and lateral hires.
- Write, post, and promote clear job descriptions on job boards, social media, and the company career page.
- Source and engage candidates via databases, referrals, networking, and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens,
and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Drive the interview process by ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate transition.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
