Role Summary:

You will be the financial backbone of a multi-entity, high-growth groupowning capital strategy, performance management, cash & controls, tax & compliance, banking relationships, and investor communications. You'll convert complexity into clarity and ship on-time,



decision-grade MIS that moves the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Capital & IR: Plan and execute debt/equity strategy; manage OD/CC/LC/BG; investor updates, data room, board materials.
- Planning & FP&A;: Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, BU/city/product P&Ls; margin, PACAS/CACAS, cohort & LTV/CAC analysis.
- Treasury & Cash: 13-week cash view; payment discipline; optimize CCC; design & enforce credit policy.
- Controls & Audit: Build internal control framework; drive internal/statutory audits; ensure Ind AS and policy compliance.
- Tax & Compliance: Oversee GST/TDS/Income-tax, assessments; ROC/MCA filings; FEMA readiness.
- Systems: Lead ERPFinance integrations; automate bank/ledger reconciliations; maintain master data quality.
- Leadership: Build and mentor a high-calibre finance team; vendor & banker negotiations; cross-functional partnering.

Must-Have Qualifications

- CA (Chartered Accountant) required; MBA/CPA/ICWA is a plus.
- 1218+ years in finance leadership, incl. multi-entity consolidation and debt/equity fundraising.




- Proven banking/NBFC relationship management and working-capital structuring (OD/LC/BG).
- Strong command of Ind AS, GST, direct tax, and corporate secretarial interfaces.
- Hands-on with ERP/accounting systems and BI; comfort with data-driven decisioning.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience in pharma/health-tech/retail supply chain or marketplaces.
- Built finance from Series-A-ready to scale; set up shared services / COE.
- Exposure to FEMA/FDI and cross-border structures.

Success Looks Like (First 612 Months)

- Close calendar running at T+5; board MIS trusted and action-oriented.
- CCC improved by 1020 days with visible DSO & inventory wins.
- Renewed/expanded bank lines at competitive pricing; data-backed investor confidence.
- Clean audit; zero critical non-compliances; top-10 control gaps closed.

- Direct reports: Finance Manager/Controller, Treasury Lead, FP&A; Lead, Tax & Compliance Lead,



AP/AR Managers.
- Close partners: COO (ops & inventory), CTO (ERP/BI), Sales (credit & collections), HR (payroll governance), Legal/CS.
