Location: HO/Matoda,Department: Procurement & Supply ChainReporting To: Head of Operations / Director.Budget : upto 10 LPA.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.· Handle end-to-end machinery purchase (equipment, spare parts, attachments, consumables).· Manage fabrication purchase (steel structures, tanks, frames, custom-fabricated parts).· Possess strong technical knowledge of bought items to evaluate quotations both technically and commercially.· Source, evaluate, negotiate,



and finalize suppliers ensuring quality and cost competitiveness.· Build and maintain reliable vendor networks; conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.· Control procurement budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.· Oversee imports, logistics, and timely delivery of equipment and fabricated parts.· Maintain procurement records, contracts, and MIS reports.Key Skills & Competencies:· In-depth knowledge of bought items (machinery, spare parts, fabrication materials, consumables).· Robust vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.· Ability to read and understand technical drawings/specifications.· Familiarity with supply chain processes, inventory control, and logistics.· Cost-conscious, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.· Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and MS Office.· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Qualifications & Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration.· Preferred:



MBA in Supply Chain or Materials Management.· 10–15 years of procurement experience in heavy machinery and fabrication purchase.· Demonstrated expertise in understanding and sourcing technical/engineering items.
