Job Title: Pricing Executive – Ocean Import

Job Responsibilities:
Handle pricing activities specifically for ocean import shipments.
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and co-loaders to obtain competitive import freight rates.
Prepare and share accurate quotations with the sales team and customers.
Maintain and update rate sheets for ocean imports on a regular basis.
Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Monitor market trends, seasonal surcharges, and competitor pricing.
Provide support to sales and operations teams for import pricing-related queries.




Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping line requirements, and customs regulations.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics/Commerce).
2–3 years of experience in ocean import pricing within freight forwarding.
Robust knowledge of shipping line processes, freight structures, and import documentation.
Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and rate sheet management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
