Job Summary
We are seeking a agile and experienced HR Specialist with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
End to End recruitment for IT Positions across various technologies.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Referrals and networking)
Manage Employee Onboarding, Documentation and orientation process.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement and retention.
Handle Employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution in alignment with companies policies.
Key Skill & Qualification
Bachelor's or Master degree In HR or related Field.
Robust Knowledge of US IT Recruitment.
2 + Years of experience US IT Staffing.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Duration: Full Time
