Key Responsibilities
Cost control on R & M
Ensure the required number of vehicles are deployed as per MIOP
To provide required number of vehicles/Machines for operation in time.
Ensuring proper preventive maintenance / Schedule servicing of vehicles & Machines.
Ensuring quick response to attend break down vehicles in the field.
Ensuring proper documentation of fleet maintenance work.
Monitoring of fleet maintenance work and man power.
Ensuring quick response to attend break down vehicles in the field.

Schedule the servicing of all the Vehicles.
Responsible to keep maximum number of vehicles/Machines in serviceable condition.
Responsible to maintain Repairs and Maintenance (R & M) cost within the budget.
Responsible for on time payment of vehicle insurances and permits renewal
Proper coordination with vendors and stake holders for regular service of the vehicles.
Ensure Availability of Spare parts in the Workshop
