Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

- Experience in writing ETL scripts in Scala and Spark.
- Hands-on experience in Quantexa
- Experience in HIVE and good knowledge of Big Data Hadoop.
- Good understanding of git, jira for deployment management and communication skills to operate within the team

Good-to-Have

Knowledge in Data Modelling, CI/CD processes,



Docker, Elastic Search, Kubernetes

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1.Develop Spark and SCALA code as per requirement.

2.Build effective and optimized ETLs for data ingestion/transformations.

3.Should be able to customize and update the Quantexa UI as per business requirement.

4.Documentation of the developed code.

5.Code version management through GIT & JIRA.

6.Analyzing the business requirement.

7.Support production incident/issues/failures when required.
