Job Description – Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Production Support)
Location - Remote
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in functional and production support. The ideal candidate will lead the support and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensure system stability, resolve complex issues, and partner with business stakeholders to improve HCM processes.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Issue Resolution
- Lead L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Talent, and Compensation).
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues, working with Oracle SRs when necessary.
- Monitor daily jobs, integrations, and interfaces to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes to recurring issues.
Enhancements & Change Requests
- Work with HR/Business teams to gather requirements for recent enhancements.
- Configure changes in Oracle Fusion HCM (fast formulas, lookups, value sets, workflows, security roles, and AORs).
