Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in structural design and analysis under senior engineers.
- Support preparation of drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Application of IS codes and software tools such as ETABS & STAAD.Pro.
- Gain hands-on exposure to live consultancy projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates or postgraduates in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Strong academic record with CGPA ≥ 7.0 (mandatory).
- Good scores in their +2 board exams
- Passion to build a career in structural consultancy.
- Robust fundamentals in structural mechanics and RCC/Steel design.
- Excellent learning attitude and team orientation.
