Job summary
The Manager/Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing key HR functions, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations, SAP Payroll management and Compliance with Statutory requirements and effective employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing, employee records, salary structures, F&F; settlements through SAP HRMS.
- Manage Attendance, Leave, Extra Working and shift scheduling through systems.
- Ensure proper controls and reporting.
- Handle audits, inspections, and liaison with statutory authorities.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR), PGDBM (HR), MSW, MILS or equivalent PG from AICTE recognized Institutes/Colleges
Desired requirements
- 49 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in SAP HRMS (payroll, time office, employee records).
- Solid exposure to manpower planning, statutory compliance, and employee life cycle management.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
