Brief Job Description:

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in VB.NET and VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) development.
- Proven experience in building custom Office Add-ins (Excel, Word) with rich UI, event handling, and data binding.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing).
- Experience with remote API calls (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML parsing, authentication via OAuth, API keys).
- Familiarity with .NET Framework (4.8 or earlier) and .NET Core/5+ (as applicable).




- Experience working in financial or broking domains is highly preferred.
- Prior exposure to ANVA (Advanced Network Valuation Application) or similar valuation platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet) is a solid advantage.
- Understanding of data modeling, transactional integrity, and audit trails in financial systems.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and debugging tools in enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Microsoft Office Add-ins using VB.NET and VSTO for Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Integrate Add-ins with remote APIs (REST/SOAP) to fetch, process, and display real-time market data, trade information, or valuation results.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures to support high-volume data operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to understand complex broking workflows, particularly in valuation, trade execution, and compliance.
- Implement secure, scalable,



and maintainable code following best practices in .NET and VSTO development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues between Office applications, backend services, and third-party systems.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.
