HR Intern (Vijay Nagar)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in HR practices, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring:

- Assist in job postings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates and provide interview updates.

2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement:

- Help with the onboarding process for new hires.




- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:

- Support in maintaining HR documents and policies.
- Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies.
- Help with attendance tracking and leave management.

4. Training & Development:

- Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Gather feedback from employees regarding training programs.

5. General HR Support:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
