Role Overview

This is a hands-on technical role. Your focus will be to:
- Understand API documentation and test integrations using tools like Postman.
- Set up and troubleshoot servers (AWS VMs, Linux/Windows environments).
- Support integrations of new systems like VMS into our stack.
- Document technical processes in simple guides for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- API Work: Test and validate APIs (REST, JSON, MQTT) on Postman.
- Server Deployment:



Create and manage AWS VMs, basic Linux/Windows setup, install apps, configure firewall/network as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing server/product connectivity issues (e.g., Looker dashboards, VMS systems).
- Documentation: Convert OEM manuals into step-by-step internal guides/SOPs.
- Support Sales/Ops: Provide quick technical answers for feasibility and setup queries.

Requirements

Technical Skills

- Comfortable with API docs, Postman, JSON/XML.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure (VMs, networking basics).
- Familiar with Linux/Windows server management.
- SQL/NoSQL database basics (enough to connect and run queries).

General Skills

- Problem-solving mindset—figure things out from documentation.
- Transparent communication—can explain technical steps simply.
- Organized—able to create clean SOPs and internal notes.
