Require candidate for our client, a reputed manufacturer of bespoke luxury furniture.

Job Title : Quality Control

Job Location : Bhiwandi

Job Timings : 10am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducted inward inspection of products based on specifications, purchase orders (PO), and engineering drawings.

* Performed final product inspection and ensured complete assembly before packaging.

* Executed packing operations as per the packing list and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Planned dispatch schedules and coordinated with the project team for timely deliveries.

* Conducted hardware validation at the store 2 days prior to dispatch to ensure readiness.

* Performed quality inspection of paint jobs, ensuring adherence to standards,



and maintained proper documentation for product transfers.

* Implemented and maintained quality control procedures across production activities.

* Collaborated with the production team to resolve quality issues and ensure product consistency.

* Trained shop floor staff on quality protocols and inspection standards.

* Documented and analyzed quality data, helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Visited client sites to address and resolve quality-related concerns in real-time.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
