We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive , Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* SEO & Website Management

* Optimize website for search engines (on-page & off-page SEO)

* Regularly update website content and ensure best SEO practices

* Monitor and report website performance using Google Search Console and Analytics

Google Ads & Meta Ads

* Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)





* Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversion

* Analyze ad performance, A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments

Social Media Management

* Create and manage content for social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

* Grow engagement, followers, and brand presence across platforms

* Grow engagement, followers, and brand presence across platforms

* Monitor trends, respond to messages/comments, and run regular campaigns

Al Tools & Automation

* Use Al tools for content generation, marketing automation, and performance optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Al, Jasper, Zapier, etc.)

* Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies

Branding & Lead Generation

* Collaborate with the sales and creative team to align marketing efforts

* Generate quality leads for the real estate business through online channels

* Develop marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry

Key Skills & Requirements

* Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1 years preferred)

* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing

* Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager

* Proficiency in using digital tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.

* Knowledge in Al tools and their use in digital marketing

* Ability to create engaging content for social media and website

* Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)

* Good communication and analytical skills
