Reporting to: Founder/Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70 PERCENT ):

- Partner with Sales Heads to forecast vacancies and publish JDs for 25-30 hires/quarter (closers, presales, and channel-partner managers).
- Own the end-to-end hiring funnel: sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn,



WhatsApp groups, walk-in drives), screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and offer rollout.
- Maintain and optimize an ATS (Zoho Recruit / Freshteam): automate pre-screening, and track TAT & cost-per-hire.
- Run one walk-in hiring drive every fortnight; curate campus & internship pipelines from MBA/BBA colleges.
- Track metricstime-to-offer, offer-to-join PERCENT , and early attritionand present a weekly hiring dashboard.

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday week Off)

HR Generalist (30 PERCENT ):

- Design a 3-day new-hire induction and 30-60-90-day ramp plan with buddy assignment; monitor completion.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance & leave management with finance; ensure statutory compliance (PF/ESI/Gratuity).
- Roll out incentive letters, confirmation letters, and warning/appreciation notes in line with sales policy.
- Drive employee-engagement touchpointsbirthday kudos, first-booking rewards, exit interviews, and pulse surveys.
- Draft/update HR policies and keep the employee handbook current.

Must-Have Qualifications:





- 24 years hands-on talent acquisition within real-estate.
- Proven record of closing 10 frontline sales roles in 1 month with 20 PERCENT early attrition.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools; Excel skills for hiring dashboards.
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder-management skills; communicates fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Graduate with PG Diploma / MBA in HR or equivalent.

Good to Have:

- Experience conducting campus drives and mass walk-ins.
- Knowledge of labor law basics for Maharashtra & Karnataka.
- Exposure to sales-commission structures and variable-payroll rollouts.
