We are seeking an experienced Operations and HR Manager to join our data annotation company. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage our workforce at scale while maintaining high quality standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Implement and manage high-volume recruitment strategies for entry-level data annotation positions
- Develop efficient screening and hiring processes to quickly scale the workforce as needed
- Monitor employee performance and promptly address underperformance issues
- Make decisive termination decisions when necessary to maintain team quality and productivity
Process Development & Implementation
- Create and optimize onboarding procedures to quickly bring new hires up to speed
- Establish transparent offboarding protocols to maintain security and operational continuity
- Develop and manage efficient payroll processing systems for a large, fluctuating workforce
- Design and implement performance tracking metrics and evaluation systems
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operational activities of the annotation team
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with project managers to meet client deadlines and quality standards
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications Required
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring and workforce management
- Strong decision-making abilities, particularly regarding personnel changes
- Experience developing and implementing HR processes and systems
- Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll, and workforce management software
- Ability to balance operational efficiency with employee relations concerns
- Familiarity with technology platforms and digital work environments
- Experience in both operations and human resources functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data annotation, BPO, or similar high-volume service industries
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for workforce management
- Experience implementing performance-based incentive systems
- Demonstrated success in rapid team scaling scenarios
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
