Business Development & Marketing Executive (Trainee)

Salary:

₹10,000 per month (fixed) + Attractive Incentives on closed deals

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through social media, cold calls, and online platforms
- Convert leads into clients
- Manage and grow company presence on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create basic posts, captions, and engage with potential customers online
- Follow up with prospects via calls, messages, and emails
- Report daily/weekly progress to the management team

Requirements:

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi or local language)




- Confidence to talk to new people and build relationships
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Highly motivated to learn sales and marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
