Content Writer and Social Media Manager (Freelancer not apply this job )

Job Title: Social Media Content Writer & Marketing Executive Job Type:

Remote Experience

Required: 1-3 Years (preferred

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Content Calendar Planning
- Create monthly content calendars for clients (Corporate, B2B, and B2C).
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Content Writing
- Write engaging captions for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative Coordination
- Provide clear content direction and brief to the graphic design team.
- Guide designers on creatives based on brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals.




- Review the designed graphics and ensure alignment with content and strategy.
- Client Communication
- Attend meetings with clients to understand content and marketing requirements.
- Discuss strategy, campaign objectives, and weekly/monthly plans with clients.
- Approval Process
- Coordinate with internal team and senior members for content and graphic approvals.
- Share approved creatives with the client for final confirmation.
- After client approval, send the posts to the social media handling team for scheduling.
- Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Suggest campaign ideas, hashtag strategies, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific tactics.
- Team Coordination
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between content, design, and scheduling teams.
- Track post deadlines and campaign launch schedules.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in social media content writing and digital marketing.
- Excellent command of written English and creative writing skills.




- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other platforms.
- Experience working with design teams and creative workflows.
