About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and result-oriented CRM Manager with 5+ years of experience in real estate customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will manage post-sales operations, documentation, collections, and handovers, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new bookings, documentation, and CRM systems.
- Generate demand letters, receipts, ledgers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Legal, Accounts, and Site teams for agreement registrations, reconciliations, and NOCs.
- Handle customer queries and support during agreement execution and handover stages.
- Manage payment collections, defaults, and recovery processes.
- Oversee flat/shop handovers with quality checks and compliance.
- Ensure post-sales support and complete documentation till possession.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM (Real Estate industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of post-sales documentation, agreements, collections, and compliance.
- Excellent customer handling, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software / ERP (SAP/Farvision preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
