Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Navi Mumbai, is for a Jr. HR Recruiter. The Jr.
HR Recruiter will handle day-to-day tasks including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Location: Kharghar/Panvel (preferred)
Joining: Immediate
Qualification: Open to graduates from any stream (BA/MA, B.Com/M.Com, BBA/MBA) – Freshers welcome to kick-start their professional Journey
Eligibility
- Freshers with 70% or above in Graduation
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Preferably based in or around Kharghar/Panvel
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Open to working beyond core HR duties
