Responsibilities:

- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct client.
- Maintain and grow the business from our existing and current client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- 1-2 Years’ experience required as Bench Sales IT Recruiter.
- Freshers Can Apply
- Graduation from any stream.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.




- Access to a reliable laptop/desktop computer and a stable internet connection

Other Information:

- Shift timing – 7 PM to 4 AM
- Working Days – 5 (Monday to Friday).
- Work from office.
- Indian and US holidays.
- Up to Rs 50000 Incentive per closure.
