Job Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to expand and strengthen our Channel Partner (CP) network in Bangalore. This is a high-ownership role where you will drive new home sales, build long-term relationships with channel partners, and create robust engagement through meetings, events, and activations.

self-driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering results.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and expand a strong Channel Partner (CP) network in Bangalore.
- Drive new home sales by sourcing deals from channel partners.
- Conduct regular CP meetings and onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets.
- Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs by providing proactive support.
- Continuously grow the base of active & engaged channel partners.
- Identify and nurture the right CPs for focused real estate projects.
- Plan, organize, and execute workshops, events, and partner engagement activities.
- Handle partner queries, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales / business development (real estate preferred).
- Experience in channel partner management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
- Strong field orientation – two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Consistent career history with 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred.
