Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary:

We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to join our Indore office. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients in the US. The ideal candidate should have experience with US job boards, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates via job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline
- Work closely with account managers to meet client needs

Requirements:





- 1–5 years of US IT recruitment experience
- Robust communication & sourcing skills
- Knowledge of US work visas and tax terms
- Comfortable working night shifts (US EST)
