Urgent Requirement for Sr. Product Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next phase of growth for our Spend Management platform. This role owns the product roadmap, user experience, and market success of core finance modules like accounts payable, invoice processing, policy compliance, and analytics.
You will work closely with engineering, AI, and design teams to build powerful yet straightforward tools for enterprise finance users — from CFOs to AP teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the spend management suite.
- Collaborate with customers, finance experts, and internal teams to understand pain points and define high-impact solutions.
- Lead discovery, define product requirements, and partner with engineering and AI teams to deliver features.
- Prioritize effectively across tech debt, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and innovation goals.
- Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Define and measure success metrics (adoption, engagement, ROI impact).
- Drive product launch, enablement, and post-launch iteration.
What You’ll Work On
- Intelligent invoice capture and approval flows
- Budget control and spend policy enforcement
- Real-time spend visibility dashboards
- AI-powered recommendations and anomaly detection
- ERP and accounting system integrations (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
- 8–10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of finance operations (e.g., procure-to-pay, AP automation)
- Strong experience defining and delivering complex workflows and enterprise-grade features
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Good to Have
- Spend Management domain expertise
- AI augmented product design
- Exposure to finance tools or ERP ecosystems
