Graphic Designer (2+ Years Exp) – B2B Marketing Focus

Location : Remote

Full-Time

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our creative team. You’ll work directly under our Senior Graphic Designer and contribute to a wide range of design and motion projects.

What You’ll Do:

- Design social media creatives , ads , presentations , brochures , and other digital and print assets for B2B clients.
- Assist in creating company profiles, pitch decks, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate on motion graphics and video editing projects
- Ensure visual consistency, proper alignment, spacing,



and brand accuracy across all designs.
- Work closely with the design lead to iterate quickly and efficiently with minimal rounds of rework .
- Adapt your design based on internal and client feedback

Must-Haves:

- 2+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or marketing environment (B2B work is a plus).
- Solid attention to detail — spacing, alignment, and formatting must be second nature.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and ability to work across multiple projects.

Education Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts , or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Software Knowledge Required:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro

Bonus: Familiarity with Figma , Canva , or other collaboration tools.

Other Requirements:

- A portfolio of diverse graphic design projects.
