Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Trainee Female to join our Human Resources team As a trainee you will be trained in the full lifecycle of recruitment and gain hands-on experience in sourcing screening and coordinating interviews with potential candidates This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and is looking to build a career in recruitment Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through job portals social media and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate data and track recruitment progress Support the HR team in employer branding and other hiring initiatives Learn and apply best practices in recruitment processes Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or currently pursuing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Willingness to learn and take initiative Familiarity with MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to work in a rapid-paced and collaborative environment Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 5 000 00 per month Work Location In person
