Job Summary :We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading our sales team in Nashik. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, overseeing daily sales operations, managing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the Nashik region. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Nashik.

Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Implementation (Nashik Focus):



Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Nashik territory. Team Leadership and Management: Support the Sales Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team in Nashik, including setting sales goals, providing training and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations. Sales Performance Monitoring (Nashik Region): Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics of the Nashik team and individual sales representatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Sales Operations Oversight: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day sales operations in Nashik, ensuring productive processes and adherence to company policies. Customer Relationship Management (Nashik Clients): Support the team in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in Nashik, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
