- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is vital for project success.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- 4+ years of experience in test automation or software engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one typed, object-oriented programming language is essential.
- Experience with test automation frameworks for APIs and UI is necessary.
- Designing, implementing, and executing tests at multiple levels requires strong analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and version control tools is a must.
- Solid understanding of databases and scripting languages is beneficial.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
- Prolific learning recent technologies is encouraged.
