Sr - Sales Executive EV Charging Infrastructure Uttar Pradesh Region Company EV URJAA Pvt Ltd Location Uttar Pradesh Lucknow based with statewide travel Job Type Full-time On-field Note Female Candidates Only About Us EV URJAA Energy Pvt Ltd is building India s clean mobility future with Level 2 AC and DC Rapid EV Charging Stations and Battery Swapping Infrastructure With presence in multiple cities we are expanding our footprint in Uttar Pradesh and North India through a strong franchise and distributor network We are seeking a Sales Executive - UP Region who will drive franchise expansion develop distributor partnerships identify high-potential locations and ensure smooth execution of charging and swapping solutions Key Responsibilities Business Development Sales Drive franchise and distributor development for EV charging and swapping solutions Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting lead nurturing client conversion Location Development Identify strategic sites for Level 2 and DC Fast Charging Stations Assess feasibility and coordinate with partners for site readiness Government DISCOM Liaising Engage with electricity departments for EV tariff subsidy connections Support approvals documentation and compliance requirements After-Sales Support Collection Provide client franchise support post-installation Ensure timely payment collection and record maintenance Technical Coordination Work closely with technical team from Indore until a UP-based technical team is formed Support ground-level operations AMC and breakdown service visits Reporting Weekly and monthly reporting of leads client closures revenue and on-ground activities B2B fleet Tie-ups for footfall creation Work directly under Senior Manager EV URJAA Pvt Ltd Requirements Graduate MBA Sales Marketing or related field preferred Minimum 0 5 - 2 years experience in Business Development Sales in EV Automotive Energy or Infrastructure industry Strong local network in Uttar Pradesh nearby regions Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills Willingness to travel extensively across the state Compensation Benefits Salary 15 000 - 18000 month during probation 6 months revised to 20 000-25 000 month post-confirmation Travel Allowance Local within Lucknow 4 km own vehicle Outstation 100 km 7 km own vehicle Hotel stay up to 1 200 day and food cab allowance of 500 day during approved outstation travel Performance Incentives Based on franchise sign-ups site activations and sales targets and Successful Execution of client Projects Why Join Us Be part of India s fastest-growing EV ecosystem Lead the Uttar Pradesh region with direct reporting to the CEO Growth opportunities in leadership and regional expansion Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Ability to commute relocate Gomtinagar Lucknow Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience B2B sales 2 years Preferred Language English Hindi Required Location Gomtinagar Lucknow Uttar Pradesh Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
