Business Development Manager (New Logo)

Our recruitment delivery engine, compliance support, and proven track record allow us to scale rapidly with new clients. We are now seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a pure focus on acquiring recent client logos and expanding our market presence.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding enterprise-level clients.



The role is strictly focused on hunting new logos and building long-term partnerships through SOW agreements or MSP contract processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients within Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Biotech, Engineering/Manufacturing, and IT.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new logos and drive revenue growth.
- Lead all client acquisition activities including outreach, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement (SOW/MSP/Direct contracts).
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure smooth delivery once new accounts are onboarded.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enable repeat and expanded business opportunities.
- Report pipeline status, forecast, and market intelligence to leadership on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of staffing industry sales experience with a focus on current logo acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in securing new business in Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Biotech,



Engineering/Manufacturing, or IT.
- Strong knowledge of staffing models including contract staffing, direct hire/FTE, temp-to-perm, and SOW-based engagements.
- Proven ability to negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and client agreements at the enterprise level.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hunter mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
