1 Job Title - IT Recruiter 2 Experience Level - 1-2 Years 3 Reporting To - HR Manager Talent Acquisition Lead or Head of Recruitment 4 Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Human Resources team The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical roles from entry-level to mid-level positions This role requires excellent communication skills a foundational understanding of IT terminology and roles and a passion for connecting talented individuals with great career opportunities 5 Key Responsibilities Sourcing Talent Pipeline Actively source screen and engage candidates using a variety of channels including job boards e g LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Naukri social media internal databases and professional networks Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or high-priority technical roles e g Software Developers QA Engineers Data Analysts Candidate Management Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates technical skills experience qualifications and cultural fit Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System ATS accurately and in a timely manner Hiring Process Offer Management Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience Assist in negotiating salary benefits and finalizing offer details in alignment with company policies and budget Prepare and extend offer letters Stakeholder Communication Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements team needs and prioritize open requisitions Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and market trends Market Research Compliance Stay up-to-date on IT industry trends talent market dynamics and competitive compensation benchmarks Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to labor laws and company policies 6 Required Skills Qualifications Experience 1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment preferably within a quick-paced environment e g IT services firm tech company Technical Acumen Foundational understanding of common IT roles technologies and stacks e g Java Python JavaScript Cloud DevOps networking data science Sourcing Skills Proficiency in using professional networking sites especially LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and boolean search techniques Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex roles clearly to candidates Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail organization and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred 7 Core Competencies Drive for Results Motivated by achieving hiring targets and filling roles efficiently Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively with both HR colleagues and technical hiring managers Candidate Focus Commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience Integrity Maintaining confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices Job Type Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Talent acquisition 1 year Required End to End IT recruitment 1 year Required Work Location Remote
