Job description
The Shopify Web Developer is responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining the Vanaura Organics Shopify e-commerce platform. This role ensures a seamless online shopping experience, effective website performance, and alignment with brand aesthetics and business goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Shopify themes to reflect brand identity.
- Integrate and manage third-party Shopify apps, APIs, and plugins.
- Optimize website speed and overall performance.
- Maintain and update product listings, banners, and promotional landing pages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and new features.
- Stay updated with Shopify updates, e-commerce trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Shopify Developer or Web Developer.
- Experience in Shopify app integration and customization.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
