Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee a talented team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Design Direction: Guide the planning and execution of diverse projects, ensuring design quality, functionality, and client vision remain at the forefront.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships — from initial briefings to final delivery — while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the design journey.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and refine studio processes, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to timelines, and efficient project delivery.
- Strategic Growth:
Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the studio’s portfolio and presence in the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders on commercial, technical, and strategic decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture and design, with significant exposure to residential, commercial, or healthcare projects.
- Proven track record in team leadership and studio management.
- Experience working with design-centric and/or boutique-scale studios (up to ~100 people).
- Robust understanding of design systems, processes, and project workflows.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and commercial goals.
