Job Summary:
As a BD Intern, you'll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, engaging with potential customers and partners,
and helping expand THW's footprint across target markets. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales outreach, CRM tools, partnerships, and real customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reaching out to incoming leads and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms
- Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products or plans
- Update and manage lead data, sales pipelines, and CRM tools (Zoho)
- Participate in client follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship nurturing
- Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities or target segments
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth execution of sales processes
- Help create sales reports, customer summaries, and proposals as guided by the manager
Qualifications & Qualification:
Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Tech, or related fields
Skills & Competencies :
- Solid interest in sales, business development, and startups
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus)
- Self-driven, outgoing, and comfortable with customer interaction
- Organized and proactive with strong follow-up discipline
