Job Description:
Capricorn Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in customs clearance operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics/freight forwarding companies and CHA (Customs House Agent) experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with CHA, shipping agents, and clients to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Handle documentation for imports/exports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and clearance timelines.
Resolve customer queries and issues related to customs clearance.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
CHA experience with freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Robust knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Import-Export specialization preferred).
Preferred Background:
Candidates from logistics/freight forwarding companies with hands-on CHA experience.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
