Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing executive at Kiyanaa, you will be the face of our luxury boutique — guiding clients with confidence and charm while creating memorable experiences both in-store and online. More than selling, you will be a storyteller,



bringing alive the journey of Kiyanaa and the stories behind each creation. With polished communication, a customer-first approach, and a drive for results, you will help us achieve sales goals and build lasting relationships with our premium clientele.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (minimum 1–2 years of prior work experience).

2. Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, ability to engage confidently with premium

clientele.

3. Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach able to build lasting relationships.

4. Tech-Savvy:

Basic computer knowledge (Manage online customer orders, WhatsApp queries, call

queries, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism).

5. Presentation:

Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance suitable for a luxury retail workplace.
