? We’re Hiring: AI/ML Engineer | Remote | Full-time
At Beshak.org, we are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with 2–3+ years of experience who has delivered 3–4 full-fledged, live AI/ML projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and can independently take AI/ML projects from idea to production.
? What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models (predictive analytics, NLP, LLM-powered apps)
- Develop Generative AI solutions using ChatGPT, Gemini, LangChain, RAG, and vector databases
- Build live systems integrating APIs, automation workflows, and cloud services
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment to deliver high-impact solutions
?️ Must-Have Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Delivered at least 3–4 live AI/ML projects end-to-end (deployed in production)
- Strong in Python, ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Hands-on with Prompt Engineering, LLM APIs, memory management
- Experience with ChatGPT, LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini AI, Vector Databases
- Exposure to n8n, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, Redis or similar stacks
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and learning mindset
✨ Nice-to-Have
- Startup or product-building experience ?
- Experience with time series forecasting, predictive analytics
- Knowledge of data engineering workflows
