Business Development Manager (BDM)

with a pure focus on acquiring

new client logos

and expanding our market presence.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for

generating new business

by identifying, engaging, and onboarding enterprise-level clients.



The role is strictly focused on

hunting new logos

and building long-term partnerships through SOW agreements or MSP contract processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and acquire

new enterprise and mid-market clients

within Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Biotech, Engineering/Manufacturing, and IT. Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new logos and drive revenue growth. Lead all client acquisition activities including outreach, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Manage the sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement (SOW/MSP/Direct contracts). Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure smooth delivery once recent accounts are onboarded. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enable repeat and expanded business opportunities. Report pipeline status, forecast, and market intelligence to leadership on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

8-12 years of

staffing industry sales experience

with a focus on

new logo acquisition . Demonstrated success in securing new business in Medical Devices,



Life Sciences, Biotech, Engineering/Manufacturing, or IT. Strong knowledge of staffing models including contract staffing, direct hire/FTE, temp-to-perm, and SOW-based engagements. Proven ability to negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and client agreements at the enterprise level. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Hunter mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
