? We're Hiring: US Bench Sales Recruiter | Full-Time

Role Description

This is a full-time role focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with additional emphasis on consultant marketing, vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand current and future staffing needs
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote bench consultants across job boards and networks
- Engage with third-party vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities
- Conduct technical screenings, behavioral interviews, and mock call sessions to prep candidates
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement to ensure strong pipeline and retention
- Assist with resume editing, formatting, and profile optimization for market readiness
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and market trends

Preferred Skills:

- Strong experience in bench marketing and vendor management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to guide and mentor candidates through the hiring process
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with resume editing, LinkedIn branding, and mock interviews

Qualifications

- 3+ years of full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills




- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring
- Solid Recruiting skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Familiarity with IT software technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field
