Job Summary

As an Associate Product Manager at Enrich Money, you’ll work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to develop products that simplify investment and trading for our users. You will play a critical role in shaping the product experience,



helping us deliver seamless and impactful solutions for clients across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and develop innovative solutions.
- Assist in defining the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive the development and launch of new features, ensuring they meet our high standards of usability and performance.
- Analyse product performance data to inform product improvements and next steps.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- End to end Ownership & Responsibility of the assigned products/features.




- Ensure Technical Documentation & other collaterals are prepared to support the product/feature release before production phase & the project/feature completion documentation when the product or feature goes live.
- Experienced in the entire product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management, finance, or technology.
- 2-5 years of experience in product management role in a growth stage tech company or related roles, ideally in fintech or investment platforms. (candidates with Fintech experience will have an advantage)
- Strong technical skills that enable you to engage productively with technical teams as well as business acumen to deliver key results and report to top management.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in financial products, trading, or investment platforms is a plus.

Assessment Task: After successfully completing the first round of the technical interview, a task will be assigned. The second technical round will be scheduled based on the evaluation of the submitted work.
