Job Description – Business Development Manager (PEO/EOR Services)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in PEO, EOR, or Staffing solutions. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships with organizations seeking to expand their workforce globally — particularly leveraging India’s talent ecosystem.
You will work closely with leadership to design go-to-market strategies,
pitch our services to potential clients, and drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in need of PEO, EOR, payroll outsourcing, and global workforce solutions.
- Target US, EU, and APAC-based companies looking to hire in India or offshore talent.
- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at networking events, webinars, and conferences to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Consultative Selling:
- Understand client requirements, hiring challenges, and compliance needs.
- Present tailored solutions, pricing models, and engagement options.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement Managers).
- Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through onboarding, compliance, and scaling their remote workforce.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with internal compliance, HR, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Provide regular pipeline updates,
forecasts, and insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within PEO/EOR, staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or HR consulting industries.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of global workforce models, India labor compliance, payroll, and taxation.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS systems is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close enterprise deals and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with corporate decision-makers.
- Mindset:
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a quick-paced,
entrepreneurial environment.
